Adult Cardio Hip Hop: Free Class

Join Janey Madamba and dancers of all experience levels for this energetic class that will raise your heart rate, make you sweat, and teach you some great moves. This class moves at a pace appropriate to the dancers in the room, so you’re never too new to dance to try this class out. This class is designed for all levels, so please join us and bring a friend! No dance experience necessary.
