Class schedule & payment
We offer Adult Division classes by the series. Performance opportunities and intensives are offered intermittently. View our schedule Each series is priced based on the number of classes in the series. Payment for a series is due by the first day of the class series.
Refund and cancellation policy
At the start of each series, you have 3 classes decide if the class is a good fit. If it is, great! If not, kindly email us at info@danspace.com and fill out our refund request form.
We will issue a refund in your original form of payment, minus the number of classes attended (up to 3, at the per class rate). After attending the third class, if you decide to request a refund, please do so within two weeks of the the last class you attended. No refund requests will be accepted after the two week window.
Dancers may transfer enrollment to another class as necessary.
If a series has low enrollment, it may be cancelled. In this case, we will offer a refund for the cancelled class or information on transferring enrollment to another class for the series.
Make-up Policy
If you know you will be absent from a class, email info@danspace.com to let us know the date you will be absent and to schedule a make-up class during the series in which the absence occurred. Classes are not transferable to another series. Due to limited in person capacity, make-up classes may not be available on the desired date. We will do our best to accommodate your make-up request. No refunds or credits are given for unused make-up classes during a series.
Summer Program, Performance Opportunities and Intensives
We offer short series sessions during the summer months as part of our Summer Program. Within a series we may offer a special workshop or intensive to our adult students. Registration for these opportunities will be announced on our website and via email to our community.
In collaboration with our Adult Composition class, students enrolled in a series may be invited to perform as part of the Composition Class Showing or Matinee Munch Choreographer’s Showcase in the spring.
Cancellation notice must be received by Danspace two weeks prior to the first day of the Intensive (14 days) in order to receive a refund of deposit or tuition.
Bounced checks
We pass on a $35.00 fee for any checks returned by our bank for insufficient funds.
