Ballet begins at 8 years. Intermediate/Advanced Ballet requires three classes per week and four for advanced pointe work.
Ballet classes emphasize careful training of the young body and a solid foundation for further study. Students move through the levels according to maturity and technical ability.
Pointe
Evaluation for pointe begins at 11 years.
Pointe students must have attended 2 classes per week for 1 year in preparation. Once on pointe, students must attend 3 classes per week.
