Gentle Yoga – Focus on Posture

An event every week that begins at 1:30pm on Tuesday and Friday, repeating until December 31, 2020

Update as of 3/25/2020:
Gentle Pace Yoga for Seniors on Tuesday and Thursday 1:30-2:30 pm online via zoom. Interested students can email me at leahgreenbergyoga@gmail.com by 10:30 am on the day of class.  I will send an email 15 minutes before with an invite and a link to join the class.


Tuesdays 1:30 – 2:30 pm &

Fridays 12:30 – 1:30 pm

This is a fitness class geared towards baby boomers like you!

Designed for beginners, we start with a warm up, move through standing and floor exercises and stretches and finish with relaxing breathing and meditation.

Each class builds upon the last so join us twice a week to get the most benefit!

What to bring: yoga mat, belt

Price: $15 drop-in  (cash or check)

Leah Greenberg Flaks, RYT500, CIYT (certified Iyengar yoga teacher), has taught classes since 1997, and has studied ballet, modern dance and Pilates.
